Despite popular belief, pressure washing is only to be used on hard substrates and a select few wood species. Attempting to pressure wash your home will almost always result in damage to the material. At JET Cleaning Services, we use a soft house washing process.

Soft Washing ensures a deeper, safer clean by allowing the solution to eliminate the organic staining. Then, we rinse with a high volume, low pressure system. This process is no more expensive than pressure washing but requires specific equipment and training. If you are looking to have your home cleaned, soft washing is by far the superior method.

Specialized Equipment to Get the Job Done Right

Although most households may own a pressure washer, our equipment is commercial grade. Most household units push 2300 psi at 1.2 GPM. Our unit runs at 3500 psi with a volume of 8 GPM and weighs approximately 900 lbs.

When it comes to cleaning homes, we do so with a soft washing process using low pressure and high volume. While household units deliver high pressure, they cannot produce the volume needed for an effective soft wash. We almost always use the water available on-site, but if you are on well supply with a low yield or reserve, we are happy to provide water at a fee.

What to Expect When We Clean Your Home

When it comes to house washing, we make sure to kill and clean all organic growth on your siding, fascia boards, soffit, and gutters. We take care to rinse all the gardens and plants around the house as well. We watch where we step so as not to crush any plant life.

We understand people are busy these days. It is not necessary for anyone to be home during the cleaning process. We ask that all windows and doors are tightly shut, and we have access to an outside spigot.
