Pressure Washing
What We Pressure Wash
When it comes to pressure washing, we can clean sidewalks, driveways, grease-filled construction equipment, and some species of hardwood. Despite popular belief, pressure washing is only to be used on hard substrates and a select few wood species. We do not pressure wash roofs or house siding. Attempting to pressure wash these surfaces will almost always result in damage to the material. Please see our House Washing page for more information.
We Use Commercial Grade Equipment
Most household units push 2300 psi at 1.2 GPM. Our unit runs at 3500 psi with a volume of 8 GPM and weighs approximately 900 lbs. We also can produce 200-degree high-pressure water. We use a down-stream chemical injector that can apply a range of soaps and chemicals to clean.
Cleaning Products for Pressure Washing
The chemicals and cleaning products we use vary depending on the material we are cleaning. Sodium hypochlorite works for sanitizing and lightening concrete from previous stains. When heavy grease and oil are encountered, Sodium Hydroxide and hot water prove to be successful.
Get a Free Estimate!
Give us a call or send us an email. We will be happy to give you a free estimate. When it comes to pressure washing and cost, it depends on what needs to be cleaned, how bad the soiling is, and what chemicals we need to use. We like to see the area in person to give you an accurate estimate because of these factors. If no one is available to be home or on-site, we can stop by and give you a call to let you know the price.
We are Fully Insured
JET Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured. When it comes to using high pressure, materials and surfaces can become noticeably damaged if done without the knowledge of equipment and materials. We like to give our clients peace of mind when we are on the property that we and their homes will be cared for if something is damaged. We are happy to send you proof of insurance before doing any work on your property.
